Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Impact Advisory Associate to join our team for an 8-month contract. As an Impact Advisory Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Asia Impact Investment Fund series. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Support the impact advisory work of the team in relation to the Asia Impact Investment Fund series, including:
• Conduct due diligence on potential investee companies in the region.
• Participate in the preparation of investment recommendations and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with investee companies to drive value creation and impact enhancement.
• Assist in investor relationship management, ensuring effective communication and client management, including organizing and participating in investor meetings, preparing regular reporting, and presentations to showcase the fund's performance and impact.
• Support in the business development activities of the team

Job Requirements

Double Delta is noted for the diversity of its employees, but seeks candidates for this role with a specific set of abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally with relevant coursework in impact investing topics. Minimum 2 years of work experience in regional investment banking, asset management, private equity or structuring experience with a keen interest in impact investing. 
• Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin skills
• Keen interest to mobilize capital for good
• Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office, across MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical skills
• Inquisitive, quick learner and open-minded 
• Capacity to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of impact investing 
• Ability to work independently as part of a dynamic hybrid team
• Availability to travel in the region as needed
