Cindy (she/her) is an investment professional with a deep expertise in private equity and a passion for driving positive change through impact investments. She is part of the Investment Team at the Asia Impact Investment Fund series, which deploys capital into small-medium enterprises in Southeast Asia and China.
Cindy's responsibilities encompass the entire investment life cycle: from screening, on-site due diligence to impact assessment, value addition, and reporting. Beyond that, she also spearheads strategic initiatives at both fund and company levels. Notable projects include a circular fashion initiative in Indonesia supported by a development finance institution and family foundation, advising a renewable energy portfolio company on monetizing renewable energy certificates, and developing a centralized impact data platform for portfolio-wide metrics and investor reporting.
She has shared her expertise as a guest lecturer for the University of St. Gallen's Impact Investing in Asia course and served as a judge for the CFA Society Singapore University Ethics Challenge, ASEAN Future Catalyst Fellowship, and Social Impact Catalyst's SDG Open Hack, among others.
Prior to joining Double Delta, Cindy was chosen for the highly competitive and selective Credit Suisse Grow Your Own (GYO) analyst program. She was also the ambassador for Credit Suisse Singapore in the global summit One Young World, which unites young leaders across over 190 countries and 250 organizations. She also held a role as Assistant Relationship Manager, catering to the needs of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals in the dynamic Singapore market.
Cindy received her degree in Accounting from Singapore Management University. She is also a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Accountant. She is fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
In her free time, Cindy enjoys playing outdoor sports, exploring the local arts scene, and curling up with a book at home.
