Joyce Chee is a senior impact advisor at Double Delta. Since 2014, Joyce has extensive experience in various capacities across sustainable and impact investing, as well as philanthropy, working with asset owners and fund managers to mobilise capital to change the world for good.
As part of the founding team that launched the Asia Impact Investment Fund in 2015, Joyce is a key member of the investment team that deploys private capital into impact investments in small-medium enterprises (SMEs) in Southeast Asia and China. Her expertise covers the entire deal cycle, including screening, impact assessment, active engagement, impact management, and reporting. As a strong advocate for equipping the industry and the next generation on the skills of impact investing, Joyce had trained numerous client advisors and next generation wealth owners on the topic of sustainable and impact impacting. In February 2023, her team's division spun out from Credit Suisse to Double Delta.
Prior to that, Joyce was a philanthropy advisor who worked with individuals, families and corporates to identify their philanthropic needs, and helped them to implement their purpose driven goals in a structural manner. She started her career with Credit Suisse in 2011 as a mutual funds analyst, advising clients and assessing mutual funds investing in Asian equities across sectors and countries.
Joyce has a BA in Business Administration majoring in Finance from the National University of Singapore, with a minor in Technopreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania. When Joyce is not jamming to Christian songs in the car with her husband and 2-year-old daughter, she is off attempting to scale rocks to unwind and recharge.
