Marco has over a decade of experience across private markets, sustainable finance and impact investing in Asia. Prior to Double Delta, he launched and led BlueMark’s Asia-Pacific business, growing it into a key driver of the firm’s global revenue.

At BlueMark, Marco advised many of Asia’s leading impact investment managers, institutional investors and development finance institutions. He undertook independent impact verification engagements across a broad range of private market strategies, gaining a deep understanding of Asia’s GP landscape and the institutional due diligence standards applied by many of the region’s leading institutional investors.

Marco engaged with policymakers across the region to support the development of the impact investing ecosystem through market development, education and capacity-building initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Marco was part of the founding team of a sustainability SaaS platform that helped investors and corporates measure, analyse and quantify their impact. He helped scale the company from a two-person start-up in Singapore into an international business with offices in Japan, Europe and the Middle East.

Marco holds a Master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh and was awarded a scholarship to study at Dartmouth College. He also holds the CFA IMC and the CFA Certificates in Impact Investing and ESG Investing and is a guest lecturer on impact investing.
